South Jordan

Located primarily between 300 and 7200 W. and 9200 and 11800 S., South Jordan was incorporated in 1935. The area, which has and extraordinary view of the Oquirrh Mountains to the west, has experienced unparalleled growth and construction during the past five or so years. Large homes, purchased for less money than in other neighborhoods in the city, will hopefully appreciate rapidly as the area develops. This is what new residents are banking on in South Jordan. The rural setting is a real enticement to city dwellers tired of the hustle and bustle. Also, there is a lot of new development, including shopping centers and entertainment complexes.
