Federal Heights

Driving through Federal Heights, east of Virginia Street (1350 E.) between South Temple and 11th Avenue, caught up in the moment, one might believe that all is well with the world. The beautiful tree-lined streets and sturdy, striking homes give Federal Heights a very solid feel. This exclusive older neighborhood is architecturally mixed, and many homes are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Newer homes are spread out and more contemporary in design. The area is a good family neighborhood, close to the University of Utah and downtown.
