A native Utahn, "Alix" grew up in Sandy, Utah and attended Utah State University and the University of Utah for college and business school before moving to Charleston, South Carolina to work as a real estate professional selling coastal property. Since returning to Salt Lake City, Alix has committed herself to re-building a successful real estate career.
She has over 10 years of sales and marketing experience and is known for her outstanding service to Clients. She is also highly regarded by her peers, both personally and professionally, as she was elected President of her MBA class and elected President of the Medical University of South Carolina Resident Auxiliary.

Trent has 8 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering where he helped design Unmanned Combat Air Vehicles for the U.S. Air Force and Aircraft Carriers for the Navy. His engineering background complements his career as a real estate professional and allows him to be efficient at multi-tasking and keeping organized so that nothing slips through the cracks.
He is known to be strong negotiator -- always thinking two steps ahead of the opposition. He works hard for his Clients and approaches every transaction as if he was buying or selling his own house.
Trent was born in St. Joseph, Missouri and he received his B.S. degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
