We lived in California and were interested in finding a property in Charleston SC. It was our good fortune to find Trent Bryant online. After several telephone calls and loads of work by Trent to provide us with information on local market conditions and specific properties to review from afar, we met in person and checked out a number of options that met our price range and a number of other factors we were interested in for our new home. Trent was especially good at research, taking us to look at properties and assisting in the negotiation phase of the purchase as well as his diligence in ensuring that all defective items identified during the home inspection were properly corrected, since we were not able to be local during this timeframe. After the completion of the purchase he really came through for us as there were some remaining issues that needed attention after our return to CA to prepare for the move. Trent was always one we could count on and consistently offered considerably above and beyond service even after the closing when other real estate agents might have washed their hands of the transaction to move on to other potentials.
